Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unchewed, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Request a Return

- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
⚠️ Please do not return any items without approval. Unapproved returns may not be refunded.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
